Sheraton Indianapolis Hotel and Suitess
All attendees need to check in and check
out at the Conference Registration Desk and the Hotel Registration
Desk.
At
the Conference Registration Desk, you will pick up conference
materials and a badge. Your badge is required for meetings
and meals.
At
the Hotel Registration Desk, you will obtain a key to your
room. A credit card is required by the Hotel as a deposit
for additional charges during your stay. If you do not use
any additional services like room service or laundry, your
credit card will not be charged. For those without a credit
card, a cash deposit of $90 is required and will be refunded
in full if no additional charges are incurred.
大會期間, 旅館房間內不提供電話及收費電影電視服務, 請使用公用電話或向大會註冊組洽購
電話卡。 Both room phone and any movie/cable
service for a fee will be blocked during the conference. Please
use pay phones. Conference Registration Desk will also have phone
cards for sale.
旅館房間內禁止吸煙及烹煮食物, 以免觸犯消防法規及旅館保險。 Smoking or cooking in hotel rooms is
prohibited due to the fire code.
攜帶物品﹕ 聖經、 筆記本、 筆及個人盥洗用品。 請衣著整潔出入會場, 餐廳及公共場所。
Things to bring: Bible, notebook, pen
and toiletries. Proper attire is required in meeting rooms, dining
room and public areas.
帶未滿四歲孩童赴會者, 至少應幫忙大會看顧幼兒二堂。 大會將贈送錄音帶以補這二堂之
缺課。 Parents with children under age 4 are
required to help with the child care for two sessions. MCCA will
provide tapes of missed sessions.
12/28之晚餐及 12/31之午餐, 不包括在膳食費中, 請自理。
Dinner on 12/28 and lunch on 12/31 are
not included in the meal fee.
