While Harry Potter #7 book and #5
movie are so popular during this past week, three girls decided to watch the #4
movie again. I was in and out of the
living room and watched with them toward the end of the movie. There was one scene I shouldn’t have
watched. But I was there without any
guard. It was the scene that one main
character’s father cried over the death of his son killed by the evil. It hit me right there right away. Right at that moment, I immediately ran away
from it and escaped into the bathroom to take the shower. It was tremendous painful while I let water
flow over me…
It was my second time to watch
that movie. The first time, I watched
it, with Lydia, of course, I felt it was very sad arrangement from the author. However, it seems to be very popular among
the popular books or movies. The Lord
of the Ring movies was the same way.
There were two kings grieved over their deceased son killed in the
battle. One of them actually became
crazy afterwards. The sorrow was
unbearable and hard for audience to watch.
“No parents should have to bury
their child.”
I recall this was the dialogue
from the other king stood in front of his son’s tomb.
Apparently, God allowed the
similar situation happen again and again, everywhere, even in the modern world.
To be obedient of our God, no
question from me why this happened to me.
But I do have question, “OK, then, what’s next?”
I don’t know if I am in the right
track, but I am certainly trying very hard…
