Ways Not to Allow Visitors to Return
“Rather he must be hospitable.” (Titus 1:8)
has new visitors almost every Sunday. We must have more than two or three
hundred visitors each year. Our front
door is widely open, as with our back door.
Those who stay are less than 5%.
What is our problem? According

reasons why visitors do not return to church.

embarrassed when they are “forced” to stand up and introduce themselves, in
front of strangers and share their personal information.
Indifferent church members. Nobody
initiates a greeting, or puts on a solemn face and ignores newcomers, but are very cordial with those they know.
children's play area is not clean or safe. Children are precious in the eyes
of their parents; if there is no quality children’s program,
young couples will not want to come back to this church.

Inadequate Church website. People
usually visit a church’s website before visiting, if the website looks
