know that Godís judgment is based on truth.Ē (Rom.
†† Recently, the Supreme
Court held the hearing of the same-sex marriage in term of the Defense of
Marriage Act by the State of California. †The majority of the judges lean
toward it being unconstitutional infringement of individual rights. †Of course,
the homosexual activists want the society to accept the political correctness
Why is there such a moral argument concerning thousands of years of orthodox social acceptance? †Having nine judges, of which more than half are elderly, make such a decision? †It is ironic, but the reason is quite obvious; the people have turned away from God and lost the
authoritative power of truth and people cannot decide what is truly right and wrong.
†† The original establishment of the U.S. Supreme Court was not to decide the morality of society, but to the implementation of constitutional guarantees of the People's interests. †When the Supreme Court was established in 1789, it was the final court to resolve the lawsuits. †In 1801 Marshall was appointed to
the bench, the Supreme Court was positioned in preserving the institutions of the United States Constitution; while being a balance of power between the federal
government and the state government.
†After 1836, the Supreme Court got rid of Congress to select
cases to investigate, for
beginning of the separation
of powers. †In 1930, the Chief Justice gave itself powers to arbitrary interpret constitutional
provisions, at the same
time strengthen the powers of the President. †In 1953, Chief Justice Warren ordered protection of individual rights, desegregation, and provisions prohibiting prayer in public schools. †Then came legalization of abortion in 1969, then later the legalization of homosexuality in 1986. †Increasing the powers of the federal government, giving the president executive orders to circumvent Congressional Oversight Act. †When more and more people
on the government, the Supreme
Court becomes the final arbiter of ethics. †Justices are appointed by the president, and confirmed by the Congress. †Every ideologically strong leader will of course elect their own Justice to coincide with their ideology. †The Justices serve a life term, and their decisions cannot be overturned.
†† The Bible says, that homosexuality is contrary to the will of God (Romans 1:26-27), and is a major sin
with a curse. †But the heart of humans collectively strongly push against Godís will. †If we Christians do not take a firm stand, and agree with a confused person; the final judgment of God will be accelerated upon the earth. †I would like to ask, whom should decide who is going to make our life right and wrong?
